1. Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post Speed Post, and Shiprocket network across India and internationally.
2. Delivery Timelines

3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India
- Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹60 shipping charge
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next business day.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order on our website or directly on the courier website.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to us and re-shipping charges apply.
7. International Shipping
Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. Divyavibe is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.
