1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.
2. Eligible Products for Return
- Products received in damaged or defective condition
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Products with manufacturing defects
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Energised / consecrated items (Yantras, Malas after use)
- Customised or personalised products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Digital products
- Items without original packaging
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@divyavibe.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide a return address
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) or as store credit
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size/variant issues subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and report within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund at no cost.
